fastback
Continuous rear slope
A fastback is a car body style where the roof slopes continuously downward to the rear, creating a single smooth line from roof to tail rather than a distinct trunk.
The design became popular in the 1960s on muscle cars and sports cars: The Mustang fastback was the sportiest model in the lineup.
The term also describes any car with this styling.
