Manchurians
People from Manchuria
Manchurians are people from Manchuria, the historical region in northeastern China comprising modern Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning provinces.
The term may refer to ethnic Manchus, the people who founded the Qing dynasty and ruled China from 1644 to 1912, or more broadly to anyone from the region.
The Manchurians conquered China in the seventeenth century.
