Khyber

Historic mountain crossing

Khyber refers to the Khyber Pass, a mountain corridor through the Hindu Kush connecting Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Historically one of the world's most strategically significant routes, it has seen armies from Alexander the Great to modern forces.

In British rhyming slang, Khyber (from "Khyber Pass") means arse: a kick up the Khyber.
