Goldfinger

Goldfinger is the villain in Ian Fleming's 1959 James Bond novel and the 1964 film adaptation, a gold-obsessed criminal who schemes to irradiate Fort Knox.

The name has become shorthand for a flamboyant, megalomaniacal villain: He's got a real Goldfinger complex.

The film's theme song, performed by Shirley Bassey, remains iconic.
