Financial record abbreviation
GL is internet and gaming shorthand for "good luck," typically offered before a competition or challenging task: GL in your interview tomorrow.
In online games, it's often paired with HF: GL HF (good luck, have fun).
GL can also mean "good looking" in dating contexts: She's GL but not my type.
