Filipinos

Pacific island nation's people

Filipinos are people from the Philippines, an archipelago nation in Southeast Asia.

The term refers both to citizens of the Philippines and to people of Filipino descent living elsewhere.

As an adjective, Filipino describes things relating to the country, its people, or its cultures: Filipino cuisine, the Filipino community in Los Angeles.

The feminine form Filipina is sometimes used for women, though Filipino now commonly covers all genders.
