Falkland

British overseas territory

Falkland appears almost exclusively in Falkland Islands, a British overseas territory in the South Atlantic off Argentina's coast.

Argentina claims the islands and calls them Islas Malvinas; the competing claims led to the 1982 Falklands War between the two countries.

A Falkland Islander is a resident of the territory.
