FM band

Stereo broadcast spectrum

The FM band is the range of radio frequencies reserved for FM (frequency modulation) broadcasting, typically 88 to 108 megahertz in most countries.

This portion of the radio spectrum carries commercial and public radio stations with higher fidelity than AM: I found a great jazz station on the FM band.

The term distinguishes it from the AM band and other frequency allocations.
