wrist curls
Flexing weight underhand
Wrist curls are a weight training exercise that isolates the forearm muscles.
You rest your forearm on a bench or your thigh with your wrist hanging over the edge, then curl a dumbbell or barbell by flexing the wrist upward.
Palms-up targets the forearm flexors; palms-down (reverse wrist curls) targets the extensors.
My grip strength improved after I added wrist curls to my routine.
