wheat bran
Cereal fiber source
Wheat bran is the outer layer of the wheat kernel, removed during milling and sold separately as a fiber-rich food product.
It's added to cereals, muffins, and smoothies for digestive health: I sprinkle wheat bran on my yogurt.
The texture is flaky and slightly nutty.
