Undubbed describes a film or video that retains its original audio rather than having dialogue replaced with another language.
Viewers who prefer undubbed foreign films typically watch with subtitles instead: I always watch anime undubbed.
The term can also describe a person who hasn't been dubbed—that is, hasn't received a knighthood or similar honor by ceremonial sword tap.
