underburned
Not heated enough
Underburned describes something that hasn't been burned or fired enough, typically in ceramics or brick-making where insufficient heat leaves the material weak, porous, or improperly hardened: The underburned tiles crumbled within a year.
The term also appears in forestry, where underburned areas received inadequate controlled fire to clear accumulated brush.
