unbless
Revoke divine favor
To unbless is to revoke or undo a blessing, withdrawing divine favor or sacred approval from something previously consecrated: The bishop sought to unbless the marriage after discovering the deception.
The word is rare, appearing mostly in literary or ironic contexts where someone wishes to reverse what was sanctified.
It can also mean to curse or damn, treating the removal of blessing as equivalent to its opposite.
