teeterboard
Circus launching plank
A teeterboard is a seesaw-like apparatus used in acrobatics, where one performer jumps onto the lowered end to launch another into the air.
The device enables dramatic flips and aerial maneuvers in circus acts: The acrobat landed a triple somersault off the teeterboard.
Also called a Korean plank or Russian barre.
