sungod
Celestial worship figure
A sungod is a deity associated with the sun, worshipped in many ancient and traditional religions.
Egyptian Ra, Greek Helios, and Aztec Huitzilopochtli are examples.
The term appears in mythology, fantasy, and figurative use for someone radiating power or warmth: He strutted around like a sungod.
