subordinates
Those who report
Subordinates are people lower in rank or authority within an organization—the employees a manager oversees, the soldiers under an officer's command.
The word can describe anyone in a lesser position: She delegated the task to her subordinates.
As a verb, to subordinate is to place something in a lower or secondary position: He subordinated his personal interests to the company's needs.
The adjective describes anything ranked below something else: a subordinate clause, subordinate concerns.
