starboard tack
Breeze from right
Starboard tack is a sailing term for when the wind is coming from the starboard (right) side of the vessel.
A boat on starboard tack has its sails set to port and generally has right-of-way over boats on port tack.
We held starboard tack for three miles before coming about.
