spokeswoman

Organization's voice, female

A spokeswoman is a woman who speaks on behalf of an organization, group, or cause.

The term specifies gender where *spokesperson* does not: A spokeswoman for the airline confirmed the delay.

Some style guides prefer the neutral term, but *spokeswoman* remains common when the speaker's gender is known or relevant.
