spitting cobra
Fanged venom shooter
A spitting cobra is a venomous snake that can spray venom from its fangs, aiming at the eyes of threats.
Found mainly in Africa and Asia, these cobras have modified fangs with forward-facing openings that allow them to eject venom up to several feet with surprising accuracy.
The venom causes intense pain and can cause blindness if not washed out quickly.
