speedwalk
Fast but grounded
Speedwalk is walking at an accelerated pace, faster than a stroll but not quite running—often to get somewhere in a hurry without breaking into a jog: I speedwalked through the airport to make my connection.
In video games, a speedwalk is a rapid automated movement through a mapped route, or a playthrough focused on completing the game as quickly as possible while walking rather than running.
