slug bug
Volkswagen spotting game
Slug bug is a car game where players punch each other upon spotting a Volkswagen Beetle, calling out "slug bug" (or "punch buggy") to claim the hit: Slug bug, no slug back!
The game dates to the mid-20th century when Beetles were ubiquitous.
Rules vary—some versions require naming the car's color, others allow retaliation.
