A-to-Z challenge
The alphabet game is a road-trip pastime where players race to spot letters A through Z in order, typically on signs, license plates, or billboards: I'm stuck on Q—keep your eyes out for a Dairy Queen.
The term also applies to word games where players take turns naming items in a category for each letter: We played the alphabet game with animals.
