Sagging performer's line
A slackwire is a rope or cable suspended loosely between two points, used for acrobatic performance.
Unlike a tightrope, which is taut, the slackwire hangs with deliberate slack, swaying and bouncing as the performer walks, balances, or does tricks on it.
The circus featured a slackwire act between the trapeze numbers.
