Redbush is another name for rooibos, a South African plant whose leaves are used to make a caffeine-free herbal tea with a slightly sweet, earthy flavor.
The name translates the Afrikaans "rooibos" (red bush) into English, referring to the reddish color the leaves take on when oxidized during processing.
I switched to redbush tea because it doesn't keep me up at night.
