radar screen
Air traffic monitor
A radar screen is the display that shows objects detected by radar—aircraft, ships, weather patterns.
Figuratively, to be on someone's radar screen (or just on their radar) means they're aware of it or considering it: The issue wasn't even on the committee's radar screen until last month.
If something flies under the radar, it escapes notice.
