poll book
Election enrollment record
A poll book is an official register of voters in a particular district or precinct.
Before elections, it lists those eligible to vote; during voting, poll workers use it to check in voters and record who has cast a ballot.
The clerk checked my name against the poll book before handing me a ballot.
