plantar wart
Sole skin bump
A plantar wart is a wart on the sole of the foot, caused by human papillomavirus entering through small cuts or abrasions.
Because body weight presses the growth inward, plantar warts can be painful to walk on: I had to get my plantar wart frozen off.
They often have a rough, grainy surface with small black dots.
