nonsectarianism
No denomination favored
Nonsectarianism is the principle or practice of not being affiliated with or restricted to a particular religious denomination, sect, or faction.
A nonsectarian school welcomes students of any faith; a nonsectarian charity serves people regardless of religious belief.
The term appears most often in discussions of education, hospitals, and public institutions: The university maintains its nonsectarian character while offering courses in religious studies.
