neologist
Maker of terms
A neologist coins new words or advocates for their adoption.
The term applies to writers, linguists, or cultural figures who introduce novel vocabulary—whether deliberately or through influence: Shakespeare was history's greatest neologist.
Less commonly, it describes anyone who uses neologisms freely in speech or writing.
