moving walkways
Airport floor belts
Moving walkways are flat conveyor belts that transport people horizontally or on gentle inclines, typically found in airports and large transit stations.
They function like escalators laid flat, letting travelers cover long distances without walking—or walk faster if they choose.
Also called moving sidewalks, travelators, or autowalk.
