market order
Buy now, whatever
A market order is an instruction to buy or sell a security immediately at the best available current price.
Unlike limit orders, which specify a price threshold, market orders prioritize speed of execution over price: I placed a market order and it filled instantly.
In fast-moving markets, the execution price may differ from the quoted price at the moment of ordering.
