hermaphrodism

Both sexes present

Hermaphrodism is the condition of having both male and female reproductive organs or characteristics.

The term applies to organisms that naturally possess functional sex organs of both types—common in plants, invertebrates, and some fish.

In humans, the older medical term has largely been replaced by "intersex" or "differences of sex development." Also spelled hermaphroditism.
