Pounding industrial beats
Hardcore techno is a style of electronic dance music characterized by fast tempos (usually 160-200 beats per minute), distorted kick drums, and aggressive, industrial sounds.
It emerged from the European rave scene in the early 1990s and spawned numerous subgenres including gabber, speedcore, and happy hardcore.
The DJ dropped some hardcore techno and the crowd went wild.
