Spicy coconut dish
Green curry is a Thai dish made with coconut milk, meat or vegetables, and green curry paste—a blend of green chilies, lemongrass, galangal, and other aromatics that gives the dish its color and heat.
It's milder than red curry but still spicy by Western standards: I ordered the green curry with tofu.
