Character sex changes
Genderswaps are creative reinterpretations of characters or stories with genders changed from the original.
Common in fan fiction and fan art, a genderswap reimagines a male character as female or vice versa: The artist posted genderswaps of the whole cast.
The term also applies to official remakes or adaptations that change a character's gender from an earlier version.
