Victory sphere souvenir
A game ball is the ball awarded to a player or coach after a notable victory, typically in American football.
The recipient is whoever contributed most decisively to the win: The coach gave the game ball to the rookie quarterback after his first career start.
The term also refers simply to the ball used during official play, as distinguished from practice balls.
