faddiness
Love of crazes
Faddiness is the quality of being drawn to fads—short-lived enthusiasms that burn bright and fade quickly.
The word often carries mild criticism, suggesting someone lacks staying power in their interests or follows trends uncritically: Her faddiness meant the garage was full of abandoned hobbies.
British English tends to prefer faddiness; American English often uses faddishness.
