Desert climate conditioner
An evaporative cooler is a device that cools air by passing it over water-saturated pads, using evaporation to lower temperature.
Also called a swamp cooler, it works best in hot, dry climates where humidity is low.
Unlike air conditioners, evaporative coolers add moisture to the air rather than removing it: We run the evaporative cooler all summer in Arizona.
