etchable
Ready for carving
Etchable describes a surface or material that can be etched—cut into with acid, a sharp tool, or other means to create a design or pattern.
Glass, metal, and certain semiconductors are etchable; some plastics are not.
The circuit board uses an etchable copper layer.
