diastasis
Abdominal wall separation
Diastasis is the separation of parts that are normally joined together, used especially in medicine.
The most common use refers to diastasis recti, the separation of abdominal muscles along the midline—a condition that often occurs during pregnancy or from repeated strain: She did exercises to help close her diastasis.
The term also describes separation of bones without fracture.
