deauthorizing
Canceling access rights
Deauthorizing is revoking permission or access previously granted.
In computing, you deauthorize a device to unlink it from an account: I deauthorized my old laptop from iTunes before selling it.
The term applies wherever formal authorization can be withdrawn—deauthorizing a user, a payment method, or an application's access to your data.
