Error needing correction
A corrigendum is an error in a printed work that requires correction.
The term appears most often in academic publishing, where a formal corrigendum notice identifies and corrects mistakes discovered after publication: The journal issued a corrigendum for the misattributed data.
The plural is corrigenda.
