Corrections to print
Corrigenda are errors in a printed work that require correction, or the list of such corrections.
The singular is corrigendum.
Publishers typically include corrigenda on a separate slip or page: A sheet of corrigenda was inserted into the book.
The term is more formal than "errata," though the two are often used interchangeably.
