Apple center remover
A corer is a tool for removing the core from fruit, typically apples or pears.
It cuts a cylindrical section through the center, extracting seeds and tough flesh in one motion: She used a corer before slicing the apples for pie.
Similar tools exist for pineapples and for taking soil or ice samples.
