ciswoman
Gender-aligned birth female
A ciswoman is a woman whose gender identity matches the female sex assigned at her birth—as distinguished from a trans woman, whose gender identity differs from her birth assignment.
The prefix cis- comes from Latin meaning "on the same side as," opposite of trans- ("across").
Also spelled as two words: cis woman.
