A cisman is a man whose gender identity matches the sex he was assigned at birth—the opposite of a trans man.
The term comes from the Latin prefix *cis-* meaning "on the same side as." Also spelled as two words: cis man.
The adjective form is *cisgender* or simply *cis*: He's a cis guy.
