blind-copy
Hidden email recipient
To blind-copy someone on an email is to send them a copy without other recipients knowing.
The blind-copied address appears in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field rather than CC.
It's used for discretion—keeping someone informed without revealing their involvement: I'll blind-copy my lawyer on the response.
