Zeno

Founded the Stoics

Zeno is a Greek name borne by several ancient philosophers.

Zeno of Elea (5th century BCE) devised paradoxes about motion and infinity—most famously that Achilles can never overtake a tortoise if the tortoise has a head start, since Achilles must first reach where the tortoise was, by which time it has moved further.

Zeno of Citium (3rd century BCE) founded Stoicism.

The name appears occasionally as a given name today.
