The Lego Movie
Animated brick adventure
A 2014 animated film featuring Lego toy characters in a computer-generated world built entirely of Lego bricks.
The story follows an ordinary minifigure who joins a rebellion against a conformist dystopia.
The film spawned sequels and spin-offs.
Its earworm anthem "Everything Is Awesome" became a cultural touchstone for forced positivity: That meeting was very "Everything Is Awesome".
