Sudoku

Japanese logic puzzle

Sudoku is a logic puzzle played on a 9×9 grid divided into nine 3×3 boxes.

The goal is to fill each row, column, and box with the digits 1 through 9, with no repetition.

Puzzles begin partially filled, and difficulty depends on how many numbers are given and what strategies are required: I do the sudoku in the morning paper.
